FAAST Demonstration Center
The Florida Alliance for Assistive Services and Technology (FAAST) Demonstration Center has Assistive Technology (AT) products available for loan, free of charge. These products are available for our consumers to determine if the AT item meets their special needs. We are available by appointment to demonstrate AT, both low tech and high tech devices. After our FAAST representative provides a complete evaluation and demonstration of the item, the consumer can request to borrow the item for up to 120 days. There are no fees associated with this loan and you are not required to purchase anything. We don't sell any of this AT; however we will provide you with the vendor information for you to purchase the item or comparable item. If we don't have a specific item in our Demonstration Center, there is a statewide AT Program that may have it available for loan for up to 45 days at a time.
